General Instructions1. Report to school at 7.30am (wearing FOR shirt) and go to respective stalls to help out. Switching of manpower between food and games stalls during initial preparation allowed (keep it minimal)
2. AVOID bringing valuables (other than hand phones and wallets) , school bags (plastic bags preferred)
3. Bring water, and a change of clothes. (Items we currently need: rags, wrapping paper, permanent/coloured markers, Raffia string)
4. Derrick and Bernard to collect coupon tins for food and game stall respectively at 0820 (Venue: B1.3)Guidelines
A. Alert security posts directly when trouble makers are identified. [ Look out for the following trouble makers: Molesters, hostile individuals, bullies, saboteurs, Thieves, people who disturbs the queue , verbally abusive people, people who conduct verbal sexual harassments ]. Thus no all girl shifts allowed. Best for girls to travel around with a guy when they are free.
B. NO outsiders (non-2SB5 members) enters any stall.
C. NO chatting with customers in a queue. GO straight to your job by advertising and introducing stall to them. Talk to known friends only when freed of duty
D. Use of polite and appropriate language
E. Polite body language and expression, be professional in conversations with customers.
F. Remain calm during accidents and ask for necessary help and advice while at the same time reassuring the customers that things will be resolved ASAP.
G. Price list for food and game stalls MUST be put up as transparency is a must.
H. Be alert at all times
